Conference Program and Outside Activities

The full conference program is now available here: https://easychair.org/smart-program/WTD2025/

For an overview, see the at-a-glance program

While ST&D is not organizing any official excursions, attendees may wish to take advantage of the region’s many outdoor activities. This document provides a guide to get you started.

Presenter Instructions

Spoken presentations at WT&D 2025 are in 20 minute slots, which will include time for each presentation and for questions. A laptop and projector will be available in the room. Presenters will be contacted with more details prior to the conference.

Also, poster boards will be 30×40 inches and can be configured vertically or horizontally as you wish (but horizontally would probably be more stable)! We highly recommend presenting results using graphs (with statistics included to support conclusions) and displaying examples of stimuli. To clarify manipulations, it is helpful to present the contrast between instructions or features of the task that varied across conditions.

Meeting Conduct Policy

In order to facilitate a safe environment for all guests, ST&D has adopted a meeting conduct policy. This policy will apply to all attendees.

See here for the policy details.

Conference Venue

The conference will be held at Hotel Boulderado in downtown Boulder. This historic hotel is situated in the heart of scenic Boulder, just down the block from the Pearl Street Mall, the main dining and shopping district. The main conference presentations will be held in the Alpine and Balsam sections of the Boulderado Ballroom, with poster sessions and receptions in the Foyer and Mezzanine.
